Built since 1981 on the belief that human civilization is rooted in religious and philosophical truth, it stands as one of the world's most remarkable wooden buildings. Inside, you'll see ancient wood-joining techniques rarely found anywhere else — tongue and groove, butt joints, dovetails, sapped spurs, and more. It's a rare chance to witness master craftsmanship still taking shape today. Next, head up to Khao Phra Tam Nak, a hilltop lookout just south of Pattaya Beach and home to the best panoramic views of the city and bay. It's also the site of a Naval Radio Station, where you'll find a monument honoring Krom Luang Chumphon Khet Udomsak, the Father of the Royal Thai Navy, alongside a sacred Buddha image. Finish your day with free time at Pattaya Beach — a scenic 4-kilometer stretch of coastline lined with restaurants, shops, bars, and souvenir stalls. Perfect for a swim, a stroll, or just relaxing by the sea. We'll depart Pattaya at around 3:00 PM, getting you back to your Bangkok hotel by approximately 6:00 PM.
