Booking & Ticketing: Full cancellation charges apply once tickets are issued. Since fares are secured via group booking, any route deviation will incur a rerouting fee charged by the airline. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel at any point and are eligible for a refund, less processing costs and applicable fees: 45 days or more before departure: USD 500 cancellation fee (non-refundable booking deposit) Less than 45 days: 50% of package rate Less than 30 days: 100% of package cost Payment Terms: USD 500/person deposit deadline announced once minimum pax is reached 50% payment due 30 days before departure Balance due 21 days before departure Changes to Itinerary: The Travel Bucket PH reserves the right to adjust dates, destinations, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances, with a good-faith effort to provide comparable or better alternatives.
